The Blue Pack


Service description

The Euthymia Blue Pack embeds all basic activities typically involved within the daily operational management of a telecom network, and is controlled by a Service Level Agreement (SLA) based on performance indicators. 

Our Silver package may embrace multi-vendor environments, which gives our customers the flexibility to develop and deploy services and infrastructure by using their preferred combination of vendors.

Furthermore, we can also help our customers to secure out their own in-house capability to operate the network, and when customer team get ready to operate, we will take the full network management responsibility.

• 24/7 technical support of the Access & Core networks (hardware platforms, operating systems, applications) by experienced engineers. 
• Alarm monitoring and follow-up of all the connected NEs (Network Elements).
• Manage data protection system to ensure that data is protected by periodic backups.
• Monitoring the network and service availabilities.
